After graduating from Texas A&M University and working in the marketing industry as a national sales executive Stuart began his career in real estate. Stuart has now joined forces with the top producing REALTORS® in Navarro County to form the “Harper Smith Team.”   Stuart has extensive knowledge of the Richland Chambers Lake and Navarro County area.

Denise Harper has been a leader in the Navarro County market since 1999 when she was named “Rookie of the Year” for Navarro County. Since the beginning, she has continued to excel and has been the top producer in Navarro County for two of the last three years. RE/MAX of Texas has named her one of the top 20 agents in the State of Texas for the Vanguard Council for four different quarters.

The Vanguard Council serves markets not in metropolitan areas, such as: Texarkana, Waco, Corpus Christie, etc. The most recent being the 4th quarter of 2006 when she ranked 14th in the state. As an individual agent, Denise’s total production for 2006 was $8,139,643, and closing 47 transactions. Denise is involved with “Success Partners," an elite group of top RE/MAX agents from across the state invited to quarterly retreats designed to grow their business. She has served on the Navarro County Board of REATORS® as president, vice president and secretary.

Denise is very involved in the Corsicana community serving on many boards. Denise was an integral part in the creation of the Corsicana Education Foundation in Corsicana. She is active in her church and community. Denise says, “Family and community are a top priority in my life. I always strive to be honest, ethical, and compassionate.” Denise has been married for 28 years, has three children, and two granddaughters; Miss Madeline Elizabeth and Miss Caroline Ellis.

You can expect Anne to stay in touch with everyone in the closing process, so that you can ensure a smoother closing.
